South China Coastal Waters

Warnings:
Gale force winds in all areas.

Weather Situation:
An intense northeast monsoon is affecting the south China coastal waters.

At noon, Tropical Depression Kirogi with maximum sustained winds of about 45 kilometres per hour near its centre was located near 10.9 degrees north, 109.6 degrees east. It is forecast to move west at about 18 kilometres per hour in the general direction of the southern part of Vietnam.

Northeast force 6 to 7, occasionally force 8.
A few rain patches.
Rough to very rough seas.

Nan'ao:
Northeast force 7 to 8.

Shanwei:

South of Hong Kong:
Northeast force 7 to 8.
